Phase 10 By adadsview on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
This is a great card game for two or more players. The deck has cards from 1-12 and cards that list the phases.
The object of the game is to be the first to complete all ten phases and have the lowest score. Each hand is a new phase. The phases are getting runs and matches in different combinations. Each phase is a little harder. When a player goes out if the others haven't completed their phase then they will have to repeat it the next hand. They also have to calculate the points of the cards in their hand.
It is a little tricky keeping score and keeping track of who is on what phase. I usually make a column with 1-10 in it beside each players name. That way you can mark it off when they complete a phase.
This is a really fun game and a steal at $6.

This sounds alot like a game we used to play with a regular deck of cards., I may check this out. Thanks for making me aware of it.
Love this game my daughter and I play all the time.
I LOVE this game! My husband and I have "challenges" all the time!
I think this would be fun, but don't think it would work for our family. One member can't do math at all and would just be frustrated if I am interpreting your description correctly.
This is a card game that I have not heard about but it does sound like fun!
Cheap , fun and educational. Thanks for sharing such nice game with us.
My grandma loves playing Phase, sometimes we play it with her when we come to visit. Going through all the phases can take a loooong time!
