Philips In Ear Headphones By ExplosiveAmnesia on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Philips In-Ear Headphones are a fairly standard pair of earbud headphones. This particular pair was bought to replace a pair of broken Apple iPod earbuds, as they come in iPod-matching white.

The sound quality is, in my opinion, better than the Apple earbuds. They use a technology that they call something like "simulated surround sound." As I understand it, the speakers actually point away from the ear, and the sound is reflected off a metal back. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I do find it to be an improvement.

Unfortunately, these headphones are a bit less comfortable than your standard Apple earbuds, since the in-ear part is longer. However, if you don't mind this difference, these headphones are an excellent buy, especially at their low price.
