Philosophy Purity Made Simple Facial Cleanser

Philosophy Purity Made Simple Facial Cleanser is rather expensive, $20 for an 8 oz. tube (I believe there is also a larger, 16 oz. version that costs under $35); but its redeeming point is multi-tasking: this product is both makeup remover, facial cleanser, and toner in one, designed to dissolve makeup and dirt plus condition and soften the skin.

The application is simple, I just splash some water on my face, then apply a small amount of this creamy cleanser, rub it over my face, and then rinse it away. All the makeup and dirt are gone at that point, and I just love that feeling of clean, soft, refreshed face. I also enjoy the light fresh fragrance (unfortunately, it does not last). This cleanser is recommended for those who wear a lot of makeup; I don't, but I can still see how well it works, deep-cleansing my skin without irritating or drying it.

I recommend this product to anyone who can splurge on a high quality face wash. Do not mind the simplistic, unpretentious design; what's inside is really good!
