Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney By 4ty Games By 4tyGames on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought this game during the summer of 2007 because of word of mouth. I have played several games over numerous genres, but Phoenix Wright is definitely unique. Basically, it is like a video game version of Perry Mason. You play as rookie lawyer, Phoenix Wright, through five linear cases. In each case you have to discover clues and use them correctly in the courtroom. What makes the game engaging is just finding the truth and proving that your client is "not guilty." The game features a great soundtrack that make critical situations come to life. All of the dialogue is texted-based so there is a lot of reading through out the game. My only quirk is that Capcom got a little weird with the Japanese spirit story which sadly gets expanded in the rest of the trilogy. Anyways that is just a minor complaint. In all, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is a great game that I recommend to everyone who enjoys playing something new!
