Picture People and Quality

I have had pictures taken of my children at Picture People Portiate Studios. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. There are times that the picture are just not professional looking. The quality of the picture print is ok, however there has been a couple of times that my picture were fuzzy. There prop slection is pretty big, but they lack creative ideas. I have a friend who uses Picture People and all of the picture she had taken of her kids were the same poses as the picture I had taken. She had her Pictures taken in California while mine were taken in Oregon. Their picture packages are no less than $200.00 for a small amout of sheets and a framed picture. The pictures are all digital and printed off Kodak Professional Endura paper.
Overall I was very unhappy with the experience I had with the "Picture People". I have such better luck with the staff, price and quality at good ole JC. Pennys.
I think Ill try JC Pennys after all I need stock in a picture company my kids are young and I want them to see what they look liked at these ages Thanks all
I use to take my son every year, because like you I wanted that growing up record for him. Eventually though the quality didn't benefit the cost and we stopped. Now we just rely on school pictures to capture his growth, they take them twice a year!
