Pillows that give good neck support
By Chris Kong onAfter sleeping on those pillows that go flat within months and the nagging neck pain, I have been on the lookout for better quality pillow which can ensure that I will have a good night sleep after a hard day work. Finally I found this-Natura hypoallergenic contour pillow.
Pros;It gives very good support on my neck thus greatly relieves my neck pain. After sleeping on it for a while, my nagging neck pain was gone. It will not crush down like other low quality pillows. It fits very nicely into my pillow case despite of the contour shape. The other plus point is the pillow can be machine washed and is hypoallergenic. It really gives me a very refreshing and restful sleep everytime my head drops onto that pillow.
Cons: A bit expensive hence I can only afford to buy two at the moment, one for myself and one for my husband.
I also use a special pillow...a hydropillow though. You are right that they are a bit pricey, but in the long run they are the best thing for your cervical spine.
