Pittsburgh Zoo Ppg Aquarium By Dadof2Disneyboys on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I went to the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium once this past summer with my family. It is in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. This is a very large zoo, probably the largest zoo I've ever been to. It is over seventy-seven acres. Admission price is $10 for adults and $8 for children. The parking is free, so that is nice, especially considering that most places in Pittsburgh charge for parking. It is fairly easy to get to and has a nice sized parking lot. My children especially enjoy the PPG Aquarium. This a a huge aquarium that features more than 4000 aquatic animals. We like to watch the exotic fish. And the children really love to watch the penguins. There is a restaurant at the entrance to the zoo that offers sandwiches and things, although we did not try it.
