I must say, watching the series in HD is truely breathtaking. The detail that is shown throughout the filmography in HD unreal; you will be instantly sucked into the action as you watch the spots on a cheetah ripple as it chases it's prey, or the glistening sparkle of silkworms in a desolate cave. I highly recommend Planet Earth, though some scenes may be too graphic for sensitive individuals (cheetah hunts, etc.) The scope of this project is awe-inspiring; some of the locations have never been touched by humans, therefore BBC has broken into a new frontier of discovery and research.
