Plantronics Headset Phone By jb_shops on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Due to the number of calls I received and placed from my home office, I needed a headset. I've used several of the "add-on" units at my office and have never found one that I was totally satisfied with. This unit comes a lot closer, BUT it still has some shortcomings. The good: most comfortable headset ever placed upon my head -- light but not flimsy & has the ear piece option as well. The buttons are a nice size and are easy to push without looking. The two-line feature was a requirement for my environment. It has a large light at the top of the base that allows other to quickly notice if I'm on the phone (Oh how I wish my office headset had this feature). The areas it could use improvement: No caller ID, wired headset often gets tangled. Doesn't completely eliminate the need for my "office style" phone.

Sounds pretty neat, a corded hands free unit never crossed my mind. I believe I will look into these. I don't like cordless phones as I am one of these paranoid types that doesn't like transmitting my phone calls over publicly received radio frequencies.

I am a picky product & service snob. Unfortunately my caviar tastes don't match my catfish budget. I am proud......
