I was shopping at Michaels and found these plaster of paris figurines. They are easy to paint. I bought a variety of them. I found, crosses, pirates, treasure chests, cats, and birds. I am painting them for projects for gifts. They were very smooth surfaced and easy to paint. I do think that they are an excellent value. I did notice that some come in sets and do include the paints. I have my own paints and did not need more paint. I paid sixty nine cents for each piece. They do have many others besides the ones that I bought. The finish has been great and they look really good. I did not see any chips or breaks. They wrapped them carefully and I was very pleased with my shopping experience. I could not expect a better price or quality in this product. I also felt that the variety offered was fantastic. I really like the merchandise and the customer service. These products saved me money and this store always does.
