Play Time Super Mario Galaxy By Cyn Bagley on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

Since Nintendo started their gaming video controllers and games, we have really liked playing Mario. And, I guess, there have been many people like us.

Anyway, my husband was interested in Super Mario Galaxy. This game is supposed to be 3D, but since Mario is in outer space, it also has different gravities.

Like any of the Mario games, this starts out with Princess Peach being kidnapped by Bowser. Then Mario is sent to a small planet to play with three hopping rabbits with deer horns. In the process, the player learns how to control Mario. I have to admit that with the new controlers and games, it is much easier to control Mario in 3D than it was a few years back.

Also, the player or in this case my husband goes to several planets to collect stars. There are some fun characters, enemies, and strategies to win stars (and star bits).

So far my husband has not finished the game, but he has had hours of entertainment. Once again Mario is a hit in our house.
