The Sony Playstation 2 is trully the perfect console on the market so far. Not only does it function as a gaming console, but also as a CD and DVD player. The CD player is good quality, and the DVD player is excellent. In fact, I use it more than my other DVD player because it is so easy to use and it loads the discs faster.
The choice of games for it are incredible. Games like Dance Dance revolution and its sequels, The Sims, and a great variety of racing and action games, deliver hours upon hours of fun for every player. Although Playstation 2 has already been replaced by another console by Sony (Playstation 3) I believe that it will remain popular like Sega and Nintendo 64 .
I have had the Sony Playstation 2 for 3 years now, and I still use it every day. I actually got rid of my regular DVD player because, compared to the Playstation 2, it is no match. I can view dvds much faster this way.
I am also pleased to find that many stores are still carrying Playstation 2 Games.
