Playstation Portible
By Amy Curtis onMy husband purchased this system so that he could have a portible gaming system to play while I played with my Nintento DS. Not only does it play games, but it plays mp3s, navigates the internet wirelessly, stores photos, and plays videos. You can download new themes for your main page. Using the psp online site you can watch trailers for new games, play demos, even watch trailers for new movies. The psp even has dvd's that can be watched from this unit. All in all, this system is definatly worth the money. The graphics on the games are top of the line. The only downfall to the psp is that in order to save your game, you have to purchase a memory card. In fact if you browse the internet for to long, you have to clear the history because it stores it on your memory card.
This sounds fun! It's neat that you can upload songs and photos... might have to check into getting one of these!

We got my son one of these for his birthday last year and have been very impressed with the graphics and ease of operation for him since he is only 6. We picked up some of the movies for it on clearance at Toys R Us and he watches those in the car when we go on trips. It's much easier for him to hold than the DVD player we used to take.
All these toys get more and more sophisticated. Soon I'll be wanting one. Stop making me covet!

I wondered how this worked. We looked at this for Christmas but ended up getting our 8 year old the DS just because most of his friends had it and we knew it worked well.

I never knew this stored your browsing history on the memory card. I had thought about getting one, but this doesn't look like the portable gaming system for me.
