I got this for a shower gift. At first it was great. Then we started to have problems.

The twist system. After a few months of use the twist system starting acting up. I was having to twist between 6-10 times when the instructions say 3. Also it wouldn't twist all the way, so I would have 2 or more diapers in in one tube. Because of that more of the packaging was used.

The Cutter. At first the cutter was great. But it dulled way to fast. It got to the point when pushing down the button, which by the way you have to push down hard, it wouldn't cut. So I had to resort to using scissors.

The keeping oder down claim. Now in the roo I can't smell the diapers but when you have to open it boy do you smell it. The plastic bag really absorbs the oder.

Removal. It was hard for me (and my husband) To pop off the bottom to dump them

The refills. I am a very frugal person and the refills are 6 dollars a pop. With other problems going on it won't hold as many diapers. So it was a waste of money.
