Please Go Away Cramps!!! By loveonce1 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Well, I know this can be an awkward subject, but let's face it most women suffer from terrible cramps at some point in their lives. I admit that I don't have this problem every month, but occasionally I need some relief that is strong and quick. They have different types of Midol to fit the needs of each person individually. The Menstrual complete, Extended relief, Cramps & body aches and teen formula.

I like the menstrual complete because it works best for me. It consists of acetaminophen (better known as tylenol), caffeine (to help fatigue), and a diuretic (to help the nasty bloating). The package advises that it will help relieve cramps, bloating, water-weight gain, breast tenderness, headache, backache, muscle aches and fatigue. The directions say to take 2 tablets every 6 hours, however I only take 1 and it works wonderfully. I have also taken this when I ran out of tylenol for a headache and it worked as well. I try to always keep it on hand, just incase.
