Pocahontas is a wonderful movie. It is a classical Disney movie. Pocahontas is an Indian, and when the white settlers arrive and want to tear down their forest and territory to look for gold, and build cities, Pocahontas has to set them straight in their wrongness. She falls in love with the courageous Captain John Smith and their friendship bridges the gap between the two cultures. This movie is very inspiring, and it teaches children to look deeper into people rather than just what they look like on the outside. The movie was digitally re-mastered from its original version so the sound and picture quality are wonderful. This specific movie is the 10th Year Anniversary Edition. It has tons of bonus features and offers hours of extra entertainment. This film is rate G for General Audiences. I grew up with this classic, and I highly recommend it for your family!
