MANUFACTURES DESCRIPTION: With its EV-DO and Wi-Fi capabilities, the Verizon Wireless XV6700 enables users to be productive and stay connected. The unique sliding QWERTY keyboard opens and automatically changes screen orientation from portrait to landscape viewing mode. The XV6700 includes updated versions of Microsoft Office for Windows Mobile making it the perfect device for business executives to manage emails, spreadsheets and presentations. MY OPINION: What they DON'T tell you is how bulky this phone is. Here are the pro's and con's as I expereinced them. PRO'S: I have dropped it several times with no ill-effects, offers a very large screen, easy to use QWERTY keyboard with back-lit keys, built-in stylus, expandable memory, a lot of cool features and bells and whistles that I don't use. CON'S: terribly small stock memory (requires you to constantly move programs and stuff to the memory card which is pretty much mandatory to buy), the web functionality (why I bought it) is slow and hard to menuever, I have experienceD unreliable performance ( I have to reboot at least twice a week when it freezes up), and it is rather bulky. You definately know which pocket it is in! Overall, it isnt a bad phone. I would recommend "test driving" one before commiting to it.
