I am a big believer in these pomegranate supplements. My girlfriend first clued me in about the Life Extension folks and I started visiting their website. There is quite a bit of documentation on the cardiovascular benefits of pomegranate and other benefits as well.

From my experience the Life Extension people are sort of the Mecca of supplements so to speak. I have heard from more than one source that they are by far the best place to buy from. You can become a member there as well and subsequently get discounts on your purchases. They also have a set up where one can get prescriptions as well and save a bundle of money.

Getting back to this review on the pomegranate though I have been very impressed by what I have researched on it and I would like to encourage others to do the same. Its well worth your time. At first I thought perhaps it was a bunch of nonsense until I actually read about the studies concerning it. I am now a true believer.
