The children I babysit got this teach n lights learning phone for Christmas. It's a cute toy, but really doesn't hold their attention. The phone cord is way too short. I understand that they keep it short for safety reasons, but I have seen other companies use a longer cord with some sort of break away to prevent choking hazards. The toy teaches numbers and character recognition, but there are only three letters the child can learn. The pain is already chipping off of the number pad and the toy is only a few weeks old. I usually love toys made by vtech but not this one. I am glad I didn't pay money for this item and if I did I would return it for sure. I will go and look at some other vtech educational toys instead! Overall, I have to give this toy a bad review since it just doesn't provide quality or educational features.
