Pop Century By Mom2One on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We stayed at Walt Disney World's Pop Century resort. It is considered a value resort. We paid around $89.00 during value season (September).

The rooms are kind of small, the beds are double size and there is a TV in the room. But that is really about it. It was an OK size for our family of three, but I think a family of four might be a little tight.

There is a food court at Pop Century and it has a great selection of food. I really think everyone would find something to eat at the food court. I am a vegetarian and I even found things to eat there. The prices are pretty reasonable too.

There are three pools at Pop Century.

The neat thing about Pop Century is there are larger then life icons throughout the resort. Each section of the resort is based on a different decade. We stayed at the 1950s section. We had a bowling pin shaped pool.

I do recommend Pop Century if you are going to Disney and want to stay somwhere relatively inexpensive. Just keep in mind that the rooms are on the small size but if you are not going to be in your rooms that much, it probably doesn't matter too much.

Oh and I forgot if you stay at Pop Century, Disney has busses that will pick you up and take you back and forth to the different theme parks at Walt Disney World.
