I have stayed at this resort many times in the past few years, with my most recent trip being in May of 2006. This is such a fun resort!! The theme of the resort is decades... there are the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Each decade has decor specific to that time frame and has fun things to do.. such as the 50s decade building has a staircase of a giant yoyo that you can walk inside of because the yoyo was popular in the 50s, there also is a bowling ball swimming pool in the 50s. There is nothing fancy about these rooms. they all come standard with 2 double beds.. king upon request, bathroom, tolietries, room service.. and thats about it. Perfect for people who would rather be spending time at the parks and not their room. The food court is huge. they have many styles of food ranging from vegiterian, burgers, pastas, chinese, sandwiches and a ton of beverages to choose from.. even the gift shop is great. So if you want to take a blast into the past or just relive some old childhood memories, I would have to suggest the Pop century resort. I love it!
