Popular Photography & Imaging is amazing. It looks like a professional photography magazine but is tailor-made for amateur photographers. The magazine is filled with lush photos, as you would imagine. However, it also unexpectedly has a lot of articles as well. You'd think that with such a magazine most of the content will be in ads, but it's not. There are ads as usual, but most are in a section in the back of the magazine and articles are rarely broken up with ads in-between. The subject matter is diverse, covering a multitude of topics including both the art and craft of photography. The magazine also has a section for product reviews, keeping you up to date with the photography world. All in all, it is a useful magazine with loads of information and examples of beautiful photographs.
