Portal: Bringing Fps To Puzzle Games. By Joseph Lougheed on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

A unique game, Portal, has broken the limits by mising puzzle with FPS. My first thought was "It's probably gonna suck". I was happily mistaken. This game is possibly the best I've played since Zelda: OOT. It's game play is very different from many other games. You (Chell) have woken up in a unknown chamber of what seems to be a testing lab. As you travel into this unknown lab, she finds GLaDOS, computer that runs every part of this lab. From cameras to turrets, everything is operated by her. As Chell slowly travels further through the lab, she finds that GLaDOS has much more horrible plans for her than just testing. I won't spoil the rest. Both video and sounds fit very well with this game. The models are possibly the best I've seen that ran on my computer. The only thing that could be touched up on is the length. I found it to short, and as soon as it started getting hard, the game ended. Otherwise it's a great game.
