Pottery Barn for Kids quilt
By Tina Lehman onWhen switching my daughter to a 'big girl' bed I wanted to purchase a nice quilt that she would like for years to come. While browsing through the Pottery Barn for Kids catalog I came upon one that was perfect. It matched the colors of her room wonderfully.
I purchased the full-sized quilt from one of their 2007 lines and was very pleased when I received it.It is brightly colored and fits the bed nicely. It is soft and cozy and has survived washing and drying without fading or coming apart. It is reversable, so while one side has bright stripes on it, the other side is a more subtle pink and white gingham.
I was a bit hesitant to spend this much money on a quilt, but feel like it has been worth it.I have already started looking for a quilt for my son's room. They have so many cute designs that it is going to be difficult to select one!If you are in the market for adorable bedding for your little one, the first place I would go is to the Pottery Barn for Kids website (www.potterybarnkids.com).

I love the quality of Pottery Barn stuff, and with kids you know you need something to withstand multiple washings and spot cleanings.
Nice that it's reversible so you get two different looks for your money at any rate!
I think i will take a look at their website. I have been thinking of getting my son some new bedding. Do they have older kids style too or is it more geared towards younger children?
I love the colors in that quilt. Your right she will get lots of use of it for years to come.
I love perusing Pottery Barn for Kids! I love the springtime colors of your daughter's quilt-she's so cute standing next to it! In essence, you spent about $80 apiece for two quilts since it is reversible!
Smart move. I think too many of us buy the novelty bedspreads and then a few years later they no longer like that bedspread. It sure beats buying a new one everytime they have a new favorite character. This one is pretty and I like that it's reversible too. Great choice and the money you spent was not that bad when you think of how long she will use it.
I love the colors on the quilt. You did a very smart thing by buying a non character one my daughters are 9 and 7 and I think they have had a new comforter and sheets every single year.
So pretty...love the picture. Pottery Barn has some great stuff doesn't it?
Very beautiful quilt, matches your daughter room really well, thanks for sharing,
Pottery Barn Kids makes excellent children's bedding and furniture. I think the price is well justified because this comforter will last her a very long time. The colours are perfect. You made an excellent choice.
