Potty Chair By Ally_DeVille on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
This is a dangerous potty chair! I wish I could return it to the store but threw away the box before I found out just how terrible. The chair is not comfortable for the child, after sitting on it for a few minutes they end up with a red circle around their bum; my child complained about it. Additionally the potty cup, since it's removable, can also shift which can cause the child's skin to get pinched.
This potty has 3 functions, a potty seat, the chair piece comes off and can be attached to a regular toilet, the bottom piece can be turned over and used a step stool. The step is very dangerous, it slips and slides across tile! There are only 4 very small rubber tabls on the corners, not enough to securely hold it. Well, it's not enough as it slide across the bathroom floor as my daughter tried to use it as a step stool.
Also, it's very tippy, my child flipped over backwards when she sat on it once, it's just a bad design. I expected better from the maker, their baby stuff is typically very good. Avod this one at all costs.
Three in one potty The First Years Purchased at: Target Price: 19.99

So sad to hear this was not a good purchase. I think they need to concentrate more on the safety design and it would be better. Hope you child didn't get hurt using it.
Thanks for the warning on this one. I am so sorry the product didn't work out for you, but you did a great job warning other parents.
Wow!! Nice of you to warn others, with your experience!!
"Dangerous" and "potty chair" combined never made me laugh so hard. I'm sorry it was a bad purchase, but still, wowza! Poorly made potty.
Thanks for sharing, we'll be avoiding this one!
We're aren't quite ready for a potty chair yet, but will be soon. Thanks for the warning about this one!
Great warning for others! Even though you don't have the box, if you have the receipt, I would try to take this back.
This sounds like a horrible potty chair! I am surprised that the First Years could put out such a dangerous product!
I don't have any little ones left that need this but I'm sure your warnings on this product will come in handy for those that do. Thanks for being honest.
