Powder was a movie starring Sean Patrick Flannery and Jeff Goldbloom that came out in 1995. The movie is about a high school aged boy who has spent his entire life in his grandparents basement. After a while, he finds a way out of the basement, and is spotted by area children here and there, and ends up becoming the subject of an urban legend. When he is spotted by the principal of the area school, she wants to make him a student, and he becomes one. Once enroled in the school, he becomes an outcast, and is tourmented by his peers. I really didn't care for this movie. I thought that the plot was poorly constructed, and that the actors, who I typically like, had sub-par performances. The special features are also rather dissapointing.
