The Powerhouse series by MPEX is designed to be a simple home gym that can fit anywhere in your home. Mine is located in the master bedroom and it really does not take up much space. This home gym has a range of ways to work out, including both upper and lower bodies. It comes with a bench press bar, a curl bar, a range of weights (10, 5 and 2.5 pound), and safety equipment. It is relatively easy to build and set up. Obviously to the heavy lifters, I would not recommend this gym set because it is too small and compact for big and series lifters. Also the weights that the gym comes with are light, and are meant for people who want to increase weight in small portions at a time. However, for other casual home lifters, this set provides the means to work out just about every major muscle in the body, and at the low price and simplicity it provides, it is a solid home gym.

This may be a good gift for my hubby. He likes my machine, but it does not give him the muscle building workout he'd like. Thanks.
This home gym woud be perfect of my husband who must always stay in shape as he is in the USARMY. Getting to the gym is not always possible therefore this would enable him to get a full workout in the comfort of our own home. I like the fact that the weights are not too heavy and that the gym allows you to work all of the muscle groups. My figure could use some toning up before the summer season hits and I believe I could use this gym also. I love the fact that it is not too expensive as many of the home gyms I have seen are much higher. Thanks for the great information. Nice job!

Wow, this is actually down in a price range that I could conceivably afford. And being small I don't cause a lot of stress on a slightly less sturdy piece of equipment. I might have to check this out for a wish list.
