Premium Dry Baby Cereal By poshpost on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

My sister in law bought a pack of the Nestle Cerelac Gold, Oats with Prunes flavor. I did not know that Cerelac had a premium porduct like this. It is more expensive as 150 grams, it costs more than double than its regular variants. There are more flavors, but my sister in law only got this one.

I like giving it to my baby because it has oats, prunes, as well as wheat and milk. It is enriched Prebio (fibers), DHA, and CHE (enzyme combination). It also has bifidus--a beneficial microorganism. And these are all on top of the vitamins and minerals that it is enriched with. It is a very rich food for my baby.

It can be quite expensive, but well, it is not much, at $2.25 per 150 g pack. But if it nourishes my baby, why not?

I don't feed her with this all the time. I use this as her snacks. She doesn't seem to like this flavor though, as she doesn't eat so much with this. And I really wonder why because at least for me, it tastes good. Maybe my baby is just picky or something. But I let her eat it because it is very rich.
