Prescription vs Non Prescription Allergy Pills

Do you suffer from allergies? My son had a very lengthy ear operation a few years ago. He was suffering with constant ear infections and had been placed on many different prescriptions medicines including ear drops, antibiotics and prescription allergy medications. The doctor decided to take him off of his prescription allergy pills this summer to see how he would do.
