Presque Isle Park Beach Erie PA

Presque Isle Park is a beautiful place to visit in Erie Pennsylvania. I have been there many times with my family. It is a peninsula extending into Lake Erie. At the beginning of Presque Isle is a water park called Waldameer Park, which is a really fun place. All through Presque Isle are walking and bicycle trails. You can rent bicycles and roller blades to use there. There are several beaches. The beaches are nice, the water isn't the cleanest though. We like to go to Presque Isle to fly kites. It is usually pretty windy along Lake Erie so it is a great place to fly kites. There are boat tours that you can take from Presque Isle. We did that once and it was fun. There are a few places to eat right at the entrance to Presque Isle, but for a better meal you really have to go into the city.
