This is an outstanding product that is the most used small appliance in our kitchen next to our microwave and coffee maker. This is a large cooking surface that can be used to cook anything from bacon, pancakes, chicken quesedillas, grilled cheese, eggs, etc. on it for a large crew. We have even put hamburgers on it and cooked up hamburgers when it is too cold outside to grill. It is called a cool touch griddle because the entire outside edges are covered in plastic so you can't burn yourself and more importantly if kids reach up onto your counter they can't get burned either. I love how easy this griddle is to clean. It goes all the way up to 400 degress so it can cook burgers and bacon easily. It has a non-stick surface but I put spray butter on everything I cook. It has a wonderful drip pan that is removable that catches your grease and other drippings. If you don't have one, this is a must have for your kitchen!
