I am so happy that I purchased this electric skillet. I was a little leery about getting a rectangular shape, because I am used to cooking with a square electric skillet, but I was plesantly surprised. I found that I had alot more room to cook. I most frequently use this electric skillet to make pancakes. I can fit more on it than the square model, which means I can make breakfast quicker for my hungry family. This is a great timesaver for me. The other great thing about this is that it is a nonstick skillet, and it actually works! It is so easy to clean because I don't have to worry about caked on food, it all slides right off. The glass cover is a bonus, I most often use it to keep my food warm after it has cooked!
