We have had our Presto Fry-Daddy Deep Fryer for several years now. This has been an excellent small appliance. It is simple to use and works well. It is a one piece unit with the exception of the lid that comes off for cooking, and the plug that comes off for cleaning. It is small and doesn't take up too much space. To use it you just place your grease in the fryer and plug it in. Then the grease melts and you put in your food that you want to deep fry. In a couple of minutes it is done. It always cooks fast and evenly. Then after the grease cools and hardens you can put the lid on the deep fryer and store the grease for future use. To clean it you just wipe it inside and out, it can not be immersed in water. It also came with a small paper cookbook with ideas for thing to cook in it.
