I just bought a Presto Fry Daddy electric deep fryer and it is great. The Fry Daddy is a great appliance. It thouroughly cooks meat on the inside and outside creating quick, delicious meals that taste just like a restaurant's would! Four cups of vegetable oil is all you need to fry 4 servings, and there is a lid included if you want to save your excess oil for next time you fry. If you are worried about the mess the oil might leave on the fryer, don't. The bucket is easy to clean and has a non-stick surface inside and outside. As an added feature, the Fry Daddy is small in size and can be stored easily. The Presto deep fryer is an excellent appliance, and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes fried foods.
Lately, the deep fryer has started building up oil on the outside of the bucket. This would not be a problem if oil was not so hard to clean off. I may have to buy a new one if it gets worse.
I am still enjoying cooking with this appliance. It makes excellent fried chicken and french fries that are very crispy. The short cord does seem to limit the ability to cook anywhere that is not next to an outlet though.
