This machine works; I felt the tingling in my muscles as soon as I started to excersice on it. It def. feels like it works, but I'm not quite sure if it does completely. I tried it out for awhile, but then got distracted and wasn't able to keep up with the daily schedules of it. I'm sure if I had continued to use the machine everyday I would see some major improvements. It mainly works your thighs & calves, but it also works your abs. Not as much as your thighs & calves but it does tone up your stomach a little bit. After I used it my self-esteem immediately went up, probably only because I felt as if my body-image was changing, although it probably stayed the same. But I highly recommend this item, if not for your body to actually change, but for you to feel better about yourself!
