My husband and I usually take this Kirkland Vitamin C daily @ 500mg each as our maintenance. We learned about this great vitamin from the doctor of my father-in-law after he was diagnosed with lung cancer nine years ago. The capsule comes in an off white color with orange spots on it. We buy this in a bottle containing 500 pieces of tablets @ 1,000mg each which costs 1,200 pesos. We just cut the tablet in the middle and we take it after breakfast. We already had proven the effectiveness of this vitamin to us after more than 8 years of taking it. At the first sign of cough and flu we take 1,000mg within 3 days for prevention. It is better for us to buy it in bottle for economical reason because when we buy it at a per piece basis it will cost us 5 pesos per tablet. A great vitamin at a reasonable and affordable price.
