I have bought at least ten different work out video's and this one is my favorite. The other video's went way to fast and I could never understand what they were doing. I felt like I was running around in circles. Prevention explains everything that you are doing. It only takes 45 minutes to complete and it will work you the entire time. The workout starts off slow and then you step it up. The great thing about this workout video is that it shows three different ladies doing the workout. One lady is the beginner, next one is moderate, and the last one is experienced. The first time I bought the dvd I thought I could handle the experienced level. Ohh... Was I wrong. I could barely move the next day. I promise this video will work you out and won't even know it. I used this video for three straight months while eating healthy and lost thirty pounds.
