Primatene Mist

Primatene Mist is an over the counter inhaler. I recently had a very bad chest cold and usually would have gone to the doctors for it but was away from home and unable to get to my physicians office. So I did my best treating the symptoms with over the counter products. I consulted the pharmacist and was surprised to find that there is actually an over the counter inhaler available for purchase. Now the price is a little steap but if you have ever had a bad chest cold that effects your breathing than you too would pay the price to be able to breathe a little easier. The cost of this over the counter inhaler is about twenty dollars and you must show identification and sign two consent forms to purchase it. It is available by asking your pharmacist. It is an over the counter medication which means you don't have to have a prescription to purchase it. It is kept behind the counter though to protect kids from using it to get high. You use it like an albutrol inhaler and it helps open your airway to ease breathing. This is a great find that helps alot with those tight chest colds.
