I bought this software 3 years ago when I prepared my daughter's 7th birthday invitation cards. I made the personalized invitations so it was very special and unique. With this software, I managed to create a birthday card which was specific to my preferences and I had to pay only for the costs of the software and the materials. I had my printer that time as well so everything was smooth sailing.

I did not give a rating for the customer support and updates since this software was only compatible with Windows XP and below. My laptop has Vista OS so I am not sure if this software will work if I install it. Not that I have tried installing it though.

The program is very user-friendly. It has a wide collection of graphics and clip arts to choose from and same goes with the fonts - from whimsical to formal to kiddie, you name it!

The software is very versatile as you can prepare a lot of projects depending on your needs like: birthday cards, greeting cards, business cards, signs, banners, address labels, cd/dvd labels, gift wrappers, paper crafts, invitations, posters, brochures, school papers, newsletters, bulletin board cut outs, envelopes, calendars, thank you notes, web pages, scrap book pages, photo albums and even stencil patterns! My daughter even used this program for her mini posters so you can just imagine the array of services this one software can deliver.
