Printer Paper By ange on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

In my trade, I am responsible for doing a lot of print that needs to be high quality. You can only do so much on the computer to get images to the appropriate dpi, but the printer/paper must be quality enough to handle the images appropriately.

My HP printer does a wonderful job of this. I ordered some HP flyer paper, which is about a 70# high gloss paper, and can't beliewve the graphics. The two must match up perfectly because quality color balance and absorbtion comes out just right. I honestly think the flyer paper yeilds better results than the high quality photo paper, which costs over twice as much! Granted it's not a very heavy weight, but if you can afford to go with something lighter, this paper does the job better than most!

I didn't realize that you could get high gloss paper for home printers. This is good information.
