Prismacolor Soft Thick Lead Pencils

I purchased my set of Prismacolor Lead Pencils at Hobby Lobby for approximately $160.00.This set holds 120 soft lead pencils of every imaginable color.My husband used these pencils for projects he had to do in his art studies, and I use them for sketching.This is a professional quality set, in a sturdy box with a pull-up, flip-open lid.These pencils are really beautiful and easy to use.They would make a great gift for anyone who is an artist or an aspiring artist.They are rather expensive, but of very good quality, and as I said before, they are professional quality, not something for the children to play around with.I and my husband have gotten much use out of this set and intend to get much more use out of it.A really great set of professional quality color pencils.

Update On Mar 02, 2010: I just used these pencils the other day for some artwork I was experimenting with.I really do like them, and when they need replacing, I will invest in the same in a heartbeat.
