I bought an itch-relief solution for my dog after she developed a bad itch that was not associated with fleas. She was scratching herself badly, so I looked for something with hydrocortisone in it, as I had heard that is a good thing for hot spots. It helps heal skin irritations from insect bites, minor cuts, and just general itchiness. It is cooling and soothing to the skin and does not sting or cause any additional discomfort for the animal. I also includes aloe vera gel, which is a great help to relieve dryness. After using Pro-Pet's Itch Relief for about 3 days, 2-3 times a day, my dogs condition vastly improved. she stopped scratching, and the skin where she had scratched began to heal. For the small price I paid at Petsmart for this product, it was definitely worth. Today, my dog is healthy and happy.
