Probability,Statistics and Random Processes

As an Engineering student in 2007,I studied probability subject.So I bought this book for completing that semester.In the preface page,author T.Veerarajan given the account about himself,the book's inner contents and staffs who encouraged and helped to write this book.This book divided into many parts such as probability distributions,statistics,queing theory and random process etc.The worked examples are very easy to understand,but the excercises after every chapter are nearly tough for me.Problems are solved neatly and they are shortened.Random processes section deals with applications in everyday uses.Processes such as Poisson,Normal and Binomial can predict the situations in normal life.The book's hard cover protect its contents and also designed perfect.Diagrams provided in this book in the form of graphs,tables and venn diagramsare very useful for understanding each chapter.After the end chapters of this book,author T.Veerarajan provided previous year question papers and modelquestion papers for further usage.I readonly few sections such as Random process,Probability distributions,density functions and functions of random variables.Because ,other contents in this book are out of syllabus for us.Truly,this book is very useful for those belong to engineeing,mathematics and other related fields to excel in this subject.
