I absolutely love Progressive auto insurance and am so happy that they are our auto insurance provider. Years ago I shopped auto insurance and progressive happened to be the most affordable for our needs at the time. I had no idea when I purchased this insurance how often we would end up needing it and the outstanding customer service we would receive as a result. We have unfortunately been in 2 serious accidents (neither our fault I may add) and I was immediately taken aback by how wonderfully Progressive handled these claims each time. Both times I spoke to a live person immediately who showed genuine concern for my well being after the accident and took a lot of time on the phone with me handling my claim in a personal way. We never had any problems with claims for either accident. Every year when we could look at other companies my husband always tells me not to bother, to stick with Progressive for the way they have treated us over the years. I can't imagine a better auto insurance company out there!
