Our teen daughter is in band. To help keep here hydrated, and her energy levels up, I thought we should try Propel Fit Powder Water Beverage Mix Vitamins.
We all know Gatorade, a good product that helps with hydration and electrolyte balance. But the taste is somewhat lacking. To me, it's almost salty tasting. Propel is different and tasty--like Kool-Aid without all the sugar.
Propel Fit powder comes in a variety of flavors. The price is not too bad considering each pouch makes 1 16 oz beverages--two servings. There are 10 pouches per package
Propel is a clear beverage. If you get to gulping and spill, you need not worry about staining your favorite workout clothes.

Vitamin C 10%
Niacin 25%
Vitamin B6 25%
Vitamin B12 4%
Pantothenic Acid 25%
All this and only 10 calories, 3g carbohydrate, 0 Protein, and 30mg Sodium. The Sodium is rather alarming but considering you sweat out so much, it should be okay.
Since she has been consuming the Propel Fit Powder she feels more energetic--probably all the B Vitamin in it, not the sugar (only 2g of sugar). She has not had any bouts of heat exhaustion, as previously. She also feels the taste gives her more incentive to drink more fluids for hydration.
I just had to try it myself, after hearing her raving about it. I have to agree, Propel Fit Powder gives you a boost! The best thing about the boost is it's not followed by a sugar crash.

Have seen this product on shelves and never thought about trying it. Sounds like it works as it says it does and I really like that it doesn't stain...now that in itself is a great reason to switch to this :) Great that your daughter can depend on these to help her with hydration.
