Propel Fitness Water

Propel Fitness Water is a great tasting product from the same people who make Gatorade. It is a good way to keep you energized and hydrated during your daily exercise routine.

I have found in the past that some flavored fitness waters don't really taste too good. But I really like the way that Propel Water tastes. It comes in several different flavors, such as lemon, mango, peach, and berry. I find that I like the lemon flavor out of all of them and I use that one most often.

It is good to drink water of any kind during a workout to keep yourself hydrated, but I think that Propel is great because it also has vitamins in it. It contains B vitamins to help keep your energy level up, as well as vitamins A and C.

So I always choose Propel Fitness Water when I exercise to keep me healthly and energized.
