Protect yourself and your home
By BrookeTx onWe recently had a home alarm system installed in our home. It has been such an easy experience.
We had the actual system installed within one day. The system we opted for was a 2-way system, sort of like onstar. So far example, if the alarm is set off then we have a short time to disalarm the system. If the system is not dislarmed then a service rep will go over the system and ask for the password. If the password is correctly given then no problems, if not then the police are sent out. This cuts down on false alarms.
We have all of the doors plus one window activated. We were also given key chain systems for our key chains. We can activate and deactivate the alarm via our keychain. It also has a panic button just in case.
We pay a monthly monitoring fee of about $40.00/monthly for 3 years. Customer service is great and the system is state of the art.

These are great security tools to add to our home defense arsenals. I like the keychain arm/disarm function with this service, and the password protection too. Not a bad system for $40.00 per month:)
Sounds like a nice system. Reasonably priced as well!
The keychain sounds quite handy... and a great price too! How much was the initial install?
Good system there. congrats on buying such a good product.
Alarm systems provide so much peace of mind. I particularly enjoy it when I come in at night, and my husband's either not at home, or is out of town. I feel so much more at ease knowing that the alarm is set.
I love the sound of this & also the keychain alarms!!
Glad that you are very happy with this system because I do heard of many dissatisfactions over alarm system , some going off even when a rat crosees it causing a lot of panic and distress especailly when we are travelling and somehow we came to know that the alarm is sounding at home.
This sounds like a cool system I will have to check it out. Thanks for sharing.
Sounds like you feel scared within your community. Over here in Australia people generally don't get things like that, nor feel like they live in fear. interesting review though.
