Protection Kit For Eyes,Ears Mouth Area. By JOEY on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Lately I had decided to get going on some outdoor work that I had been putting off for a while. I was using my Dad's old electric chain saw and soon realized I had better look into some eye protection as a wood chip bounced off of my face just under the eye area. Off I went to the local True Value hardware store. I quickly found a protection kit that had protective eye goggles in it and also ear plugs to help with the noise and also a small face mask that fits over the nose and mouth area. I thought it reasonably priced at about Ten dollars so I paid for it and headed off home to the ranch. Putting on the goggles back I went to work and they fit just fine and I had a few more wood chips bounce off the eye area. I also tried the ear plugs and they fit pretty well also. They really cut down of the noise quite a bit as well. The face mask for the mouth and nose did a nice job as well. All in all this was not a bad purchase for myself or someone else who does alot of outside work. Anything that protects the eyes & ears etc. is well worth ten dollars. Money well spent.
