Ps2 Wireless Guitar Hero Guitar By ExplosiveAmnesia on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Guitar Hero Wireless Guitar is the official wireless guitar for the Playstation 2, manufactured by RedOctane. It is compatible with all Guitar Hero games on the PS2. The basic design is the same, with the five fret buttons, strum bar, and whammy bar. However, the body shape is different from the original controller, as it is modeled after a different real guitar.

The most obvious advantage of this controller is its wireless capability. Since this is a rhythm game, response time is very important, and this guitar seems to have no problems with that, responding perfectly to the game. The guitar takes three AAA batteries in order to function, and like most modern wireless controllers, has very good battery life. I have owned it for five months and not needed to change the batteries. This guitar is an excellent purchase if you're looking for a second PS2 guitar.
