Psychonauts

Psychonauts is a platformer for the Xbox and PC. Made by Tim Schaffer, creator of cult-hit adventure game Grim Fandango for the PC, Psychonauts is his newest creation, fresh from the mental asylum. You play as Raz, a young new recruit in a summer camp for for the gifted. Much like X-Men's Academy for Mutants, the camp is used to train psychic young children as mental warriors, Psychonauts. A fun and intuitive platformer with a twisting, winding story, the new price of $20 makes this criminally underrated game a must-have for anyone who is looking for a refreshing innovation in the often stale airs of the video game industry. Do yourself a favor, pick this one up as soon as you can. The controls are tight and responsive, the graphics great, and the story is as compelling as you could ever want.
